At SNAKKED, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality makhana snacks. As our products are food items, we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.
  • The product is defective or expired at the time of delivery.

2. Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Proof Required

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The product received
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The damaged or incorrect item

This helps us verify the issue and resolve it quickly.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective or expired.
  • Your prepaid order could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to us.
  • Your order was cancelled by SNAKKED before shipment.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Taste or personal preference.
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used (unless they are defective or damaged).

6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Incorrect products
  • Damaged products
  • Defective products

Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.


7. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If approved, a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.


9. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, or if you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us. After verification, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
